Lithium Grease vs. Lithium Complex Grease: Which to Choose?

When selecting the right grease, understanding the difference between Lithium Grease and Lithium Complex Grease​ is crucial. Lithium Grease is a general-purpose option with good water resistance and mechanical stability, suitable for most moderate-temperature applications (-20°C to 120°C). Lithium Complex Grease, however, offers superior performance: it has a higher dropping point (up to 260°C), excellent extreme pressure (EP) properties, and better oxidation resistance. Choose Lithium Grease for standard equipment like electric motors; opt for Lithium Complex Grease for heavy-duty machinery, high-temperature bearings, or wet environments.
